The Prosperity Career College focuses on Further Education Training (FET) that caters for both the corporate and the private sector. One of the advantages of Further Education Training is that candidates do not require a matric certificate or matric exemption in order to enrol for a one, two or three day workshop, or a 6 month or one year course to qualify for the full programme accreditation.

We are proud to be associated with the training in Customer Satisfaction, Team Building, MS Office, Project Management and also assisting with the Skills Development Facilitating and Job Profiles of large corporate institutions such as Protokon, Osborn MMD, City of Johannesburg, Eskom, City Power, ABSA Bank and many other large institutions.

Whether candidates are simply upgrading skills and performance or wish to achieve accredited career diplomas, we have extensive experience in outcomes based training methodology. Training is a valuable investment in both the company and the individual and we focus on Training Material Standards and Registration with all the relevant Departments and Institutions both nationally and internationally.

All our training material for both computer and business training is aligned with the unit standards according to the sectoral SETA’s and prescribed SAQA and Department of Education standards.

As a young nation challenged on many sides by the uncertainties of political transformation, economic uncertainty, rampant unemployment, poverty, moral decline and the prevalence of corruption and crime which arises from these ills, it is the college's ultimate goal to assist in the education and development of the people of South Africa thus promoting prosperity for all.

To be one of the leading quality education providers in Africa, offering NQF approved qualifications and skills training programmes.

The Prosperity Career Personal Empowerment Programme (or PEP as we fondly refer to it) provides the life skills necessary to competently and confidently function as a complete individual, armed with the tools to “work smarter!”

Classrooms are limited, not only in size, but also in scope. The real world is always richer and more complex than diagrams, text and explanation; no matter how well the theory is understood, application of learning gained in artificial circumstances is difficult

Classroom learning is perhaps 10% of the requirement; people learn to do things by doing them, and the greater proportion of their knowledge is provided by experience.

During the period while people are trying new things and attempting to put into practice their new-found skills, it is necessary that there be a review process. In this process they are given the opportunity to talk through and find solutions to problems they may be having in achieving desired results.
